Research shows that small group instruction is highly effective for learning when groups are formed according to students learning needs, and the teaching is explicit, structured and responsive.
Small group learning increases motivation, communication skills and confidence in ways that individual tuition cannot.
A significant benefit of small group tutoring is that it allows Grow Studio to provide high-quality intervention programs and resources at a more accessible cost for families, while still offering targeted support that meets each child at their point of need.

Once you have submitted the contact form, Amy will be in touch to arrange an obligation-free discovery call. This is a chance to discuss your child’s needs, answer any questions and determine whether Grow Studio is the right fit for your family.
If you choose to move forward, your child will begin with a one-on-one Learning Profile Session with Amy. This session is a chance for Amy to welcome you and your child into the learning space, get to know your child, thoroughly assess their current point of need, explore how they learn best and begin building a positive connection.
After the Learning Profile session, Amy will review the assessment data and prepare an Assessment Snapshot Summary for you to keep. She will then arrange a follow-up call to talk through the results, share key observations and discuss appropriate learning goals for your child.
Your child will then be allocated to a small group with compatible students who have similar learning needs. Groups are very carefully formed and have a maximum of four students, allowing each child to receive targeted support in a calm and encouraging environment.

Grow Studio students attend one tutoring session per week during the school term.

Grow Studio sessions run in small groups, and your child’s place is reserved for them for the full term. Because of this, missed sessions are still charged, including absences due to illness, holidays or other commitments.
Families can receive credit for up to two missed sessions per term, which can be applied to the following term’s fees. This credit is only available when your child is continuing their enrolment into the next term.
If your child is unable to attend, please let Amy know as soon as possible.
Consistent attendance is strongly encouraged, as regular practice and repetition are important for confidence, progress and skill development.
